Textile Design is the creative activity whose objective is to determine the aesthetic-formal qualities of textiles, whether in the form of printing (screen printing, batik, sublimation, transfer, laser printing, rotary, localized), mechanical fabric, manual or any other characteristic and whose usefulness or use and productive systems are both conditioning and emerging from the project action.
a) The textile designer studies, designs, develops and produces textiles that can be woven, printed, assembled, or any other modality and their applications in objects of use, clothing, clothing, footwear, accessories, etc., whether utilitarian, labor, child, special or the universe of fashion interpreting the principles
of production and market adapting them in the aesthetic and expressive aspects of the
cultural context.
b) Develops patterns to then be printed on textiles.
c) Intervention in advice, development or consultancy in all those activities that are related to the Design of Clothing and Textiles: design, techniques, parades, samples, etc.
