Propertindo is a subsidiary of the PT SIIG Grup. Propertindo focuses on property development business. Some of the ongoing projects is the construction of several exclusive residential units around Jakarta. Propertindo in 2013 will focus on a larger scale mixed use development project, which involves a series of exclusive resort housing, student apartments, shopping centers, office towers, hotels, hospitals.This project is expected to be a great milestone in the development of the company into the future.

The joint workshop was held between the Department of Architecture University of Indonesia and University in Japan such as Tokyo University, Tokyo University of Science and Technology, and Chiba University. This project is part of a study by Research In Jakarta Megacities Humanity and Nature.
The focus of this workshop is to conduct research on the relationship between the built environment and the natural environment on high-density area in Jakarta. Participants then gave some proposals in the form of architectural solutions appropriate research focus.

As the member of facilitator team, facilitating the course participants to understand the course material by some trigger through a variety of tasks, giving some feedback, as well as evaluation of assessment and education advices

Workshops include investigative studies of the old city and coastal areas in North Jakarta. Participants put forward a proposal in the form of an urban scale architectural interventions. The proposal is based on the study of the urban context, the vision of the next few years as well as a variety of new programs to be developed in the area. Interventions is focus on the creation of zero emission and green city.
