Jun 2012 - Aug 2014 (2 years 2 months)
This gave me the opportunity to learn numerous skills that are used in the workplace. These include how to use a till, serve customers, organise and display items, and cash up at the end of the day. From this experience I have become more confident about my skills and abilities and I can now apply this new determination and confidence to all my work.

This was a great experience for me as I learnt a lot of skills that I will be able to use and apply to any job. I worked on the phones selling the products, so I had direct contact with the customers. I gained experience of dealing with a variety of people and I found I was particularly good at dealing with complaints. I received many positive comments from the customers complimenting my customer service skills and my friendly and enthusiastic approach to my work. Selling experience was also gained along with dealing with chaotic and stressful conditions that I was able to adapt to and handle. From my time at Papa John’s I have learnt that I very much enjoy working with the public, and serving customers is something that I would like to do in all future carers.
