In-charge with the design development of each fit-out project duties include dealing with client, landlord, mall coordinator and local government authorities. * Handle the company manpower - overlooking the in-house production department, suppliers, sub-contractors * Organize time table chart from design proposal stage up to hand over of the project and prepare work schedule of fit out including project monitoring both on site and in-house production. * Deal with landlord during the entire fit-out projects considering pre and post construction works. * Handle the entire fit-out projects, site coordination with other sub-contractors, suppliers and VM.

Designed the layout and interior of various commercial retail showrooms, outlet stores and warehouses. * Handled the preparation of detailed design drawing requirements for mall and Municipality submission. * Prepared shop drawing details and hand sketches for joinery production. * Conducted site survey and ocular inspection as per required for a certain project. * Dealt with clients and other consultants in preparation of construction drawings and requirements for municipality permission. * Prepared visual presentation and sketches as per requirement of the client. * Managed and supervised construction works as per the designed plan. * Led and supervised a group of workers, suppliers and sub-contractors during the fit-out period. * Coordinated with mall tenant coordinators, retail delivery managers and local government officials for the completion of the fit-out works.

Handled the space planning and designs of various commercial showrooms of GUESS retail shop, Gold's Gym Body Shop, Gloria Jean's Coffees, and Lulu Castagnette. * Represented as the owner's technical consultant in the pre-construction meeting together with the mall administration officers and other technical persons concerned. * Provided all the architectural and construction working drawings as well as storefront and interiors perspectives as required for presentation.

Prepared the layout and construction drawing of various residential projects. * Organized a feasibility study and slide show presentation of detail planning process for commercial-residential project - Ciudad de Calamba for the year 2004. * Conceptualize open-space recreation area for Brentville International and prepare perspectives for presentation.

Provided schematic plans and design development for a shopping mall which includes drafting and preparation of perspectives for presentation. * Involved in the design development of a 34 - storey residential commercial condominium, provide design layout for the penthouse level. * Handled the bid and contract documents and prepared technical specifications. * Reviewed architectural drawings and coordinated with other design consultants, owner representatives, contractors and suppliers for project completion. * Conducted site inspection during constructions and prepare snag lists prior to turnover of the project.
