My role involves leading and motivating a team of interior designers in both Kirkland, WA, and Shanghai, China. I work to ensure that our interior design projects, including Large Luxury Retail Centers in China, Master planning projects such as Medina Golf Country Club in Medina, WA, and the Ritzville Grainary District in Ritzville, WA, and various Multifamily projects in Seattle and Bellevue, WA, meet high standards in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.

In addition to this, I also participate in creating marketing materials to promote our design services. This includes developing presentations, brochures, and digital content that showcase our portfolio and design approach, all aimed at attracting potential clients and partners.

Moreover, I'm responsible for writing project proposals. These proposals help us secure new projects by explaining our design concepts, methodologies, and the value we bring to clients. In summary, my role involves team leadership, project quality control, marketing support, and proposal writing to contribute to our firm's success.

My role entailed leading the interior design work of high-profile projects such as the Amazon office tower in Seattle, REI headquarters in Bellevue, 34 locations for Kaiser Permanente Rebranding and Renovation, and the Sacramento Courthouse. These projects exemplified my commitment to design excellence. I spearheaded a high-energy and collaborative team, leveraging my extensive experience to provide mentoring and guidance to team members. Demonstrating a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, I took on the responsibility of developing and implementing overall design concepts and finish palettes throughout all phases of design

In this role, I was a passionate, creative, organized, and self-motivated leader who guided projects from initial conceptual design through contract documentation, implementation, and close-out. I worked collaboratively with diverse clients and trades, and my primary responsibilities included developing exceptional design concepts, overseeing interior design processes, managing multiple projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring code compliance, and delivering innovative design solutions within project budgets.

I had the privilege of working on various projects in the USA, Middle East, China, Vietnam, and India, gaining valuable experience in diverse cultural and geographical contexts. Additionally, I demonstrated strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of building and accessibility codes. I also played a pivotal role in mentoring and training intermediate and junior designers to contribute effectively to our projects.

Do&Co Entertainment Gourmet Company is one of the largest companies in the world owning multiple business areas such as hospitality (restaurants and hotels), coffee and food shops, airline catering, and large scale event catering. As the senior interior architect and team leader, I am involved and oversee various projects such as airport lounges in Turkey, Russia and Ukraine, airport gastronomy design/build projects, new office and production unit in Kiev, and New York, Formula One event lounges, and various retail and restaurant projects in Vienna, Austria.

My recent responsibilities as in house Architect for Do&Co are design leader, managing team of architects, engineers and project managers in Vienna, Austria and Istanbul, Turkey, designing, creating concept design and managing hospitality and retail projects from concept, design, space planning, design development, value engineering, technical coordination MEP, reviewing shop drawings, construction administration through project completion. My tasks also include lighting design, custom furniture /joinery, materials, kitchen equipment coordination and finishes selection and designing aesthetic presentation of the project; such as signage, wardrobes, styling and art selections.

During my time at FG Stijl as Project Manager and Senior Interior Designer, I worked on hospitality design projects across several European countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, and Spain. My specialization lies in crafting exceptional experiences for high-end hotels, restaurants, event/showroom spaces, spas, and retail environments.

My portfolio proudly includes collaborations with renowned clients such as BMW, Hyatt, Sheraton, and the Jumeirah Hotel Group. These projects encompassed a diverse range of offerings, including high-end resorts, boutique hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and private villas.

Throughout my career at FG Stijl, I was deeply engaged in all phases of the design process. From initial programming and conceptual design to the detailed development of design schematics and construction management, my role as Project Manager and Senior Interior Designer involved a hands-on approach to ensure every aspect of the project met the highest standards of quality and creativity.

My involvement extended beyond creative thinking, as I was also dedicated to crafting a holistic user experience. This entailed curating the aesthetics of each project through careful styling, artwork selection, and signage placement, resulting in a cohesive and immersive atmosphere.
Moreover, I had a wealth of experience in developing bespoke elements, including custom furniture, custom lighting, and custom carpet/graphic designs. My expertise extended to meticulously reviewing shop drawings to ensure that the envisioned design was translated accurately into the final product.
In addition to my design responsibilities, I actively participated in client meetings and collaborated with various consultants, including engineers and kitchen experts, to seamlessly integrate technical requirements into the design.
