Eli Cecil is a cartoonist, illustrator, and crafter based in Grand Rapids, MI. They graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BFA in graphic design in 2015, and have since taken freelance work for design, knitting and sewing, and cartooning. Eli's work tends toward the whimsical, starring brightly colored animal characters. Eli is currently available for freelance work and commissions.
