Ed Riggs

I am a creative, intelligent individual who is passionate about design. I have been working in the Trade Show industry for 19yrs. as a Designer, twelve of those years as Senior Designer. During these years I have had the opportunity to work on Trade Show Exhibits of varying sizes, custom, rental and all combinations between keeping a keen sense of maintaining budget restraints while exceeding client expectations. My knowledge is not limited to the show floor but incorporates several permanent Interior Environments, Interactive Museum Experiences, Mobile Expansion Trucks and “Pop Up” spaces all incorporating interactive kiosk and P.O.P interface with consumers.

I have led small design teams on projects of varying difficulties through concept to completion so I know how to be proactive, take initiative and make decisions. These teams consisted of but were not limited to sales (assisting with presentations), collaborating with the graphics department, and maintaining design integrity through the detailing and production staff.

I believe my design knowledge can be beneficial as I commit myself to a deep understanding of client branding, product, space planning and material trends.

I am a very astute learner of new programs or reacquainting myself with software used in the past.

Personally, I am a painter and Illustrator in my spare time so I am constantly creating.
