•Concepted and designed the launch of Vera Wang’s new athleisure line, Simply Breathe, from initial development through production; Simply Breathe set in 340 doors in September 2014 and rolled out to 980 doors in December 2014, accounting for 15% of the total brand
•Directed the design of Cut and Sew Knits for Simply Vera Vera Wang’s Missy, Petite, and Plus categories; Knits are up 77% to LY driving an average of 42% of total sales on 35% of inventory
•Created quarterly trend reports to direct agents on the aesthetic approach for each season and established a direct relationship with the vendors’ in-house design teams to develop innovative fabrications and trims, brand-right embel- lishments, and new graphic techniques for both Simply Vera Vera Wang and Simply Breathe
•Developed and maintained a core, novelty, and performance fabric library
•Drove the Petite and Plus Market initiative to guarantee that the styles adopted for production were versioned appropriately for the customer
•Collaborated with Product Development and Merchants on setting IMU targets, and worked closely with overseas vendors to meet product markup goals
•Merchandised the collection for market meetings to ensure each delivery made a cohesive statement and presented at cross functional meetings for category’s responsibilities
