• Successfully drove completion of the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel Project within approved budget through continuous monitoring of budget movement and optimized utilization of resources
• Effectively led HSE planning works including individual safety equipment, signage, scaffolding fall protection, sanitation assistance in accordance with country law in HSE field
• Acquired statutory approvals from the clients, as client representative, despite facing many technical challenges
