* Develop and design CAD for parts and assemblies in a timely manner, delivered with full technical drawings noting tolerance and process information to reduce confusion, waste, and time in the manufacturing process. * Working with customers to develop and improve upon designs. Experience includes retro-fits to complete product range development. * Conduct independent research on process and material properties thereby ensuring a thorough knowledge of possible issues regarding materials, and processes. * Involved in developing and following projects from start to finish from initial ideation to final product shipment and quality control. * Following guidelines set by customers ensuring final products not only met but also exceed expectation. * Research and contact suppliers as needed, proactive in the avoidance of quality and budget issues. * Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure tolerances and production quality remain within acceptable limit. * Follow up with clients in effort to become aware of and rectify any issues or concerns that may arise once production is delivered. * Manage and create content Company's social media presence. (ie. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
