Introduced advanced methods to define product and market requirements identifying opportunities in a commoditized market space. The project continues to move forward implementing requirements developed during my leadership.

• Identified opportunity to introduce processes/tools in Industrial Design and PMI best practices to allow for greater transparency and measurement of progress throughout design process. IOR was awarded “Licensee Vendor of the Year” by Church & Dwight for excellence in execution for launching innovative product using the Arm & Hammer brand. These products were the first plastic home goods launch using the Arm & Hammer brand.
