China factory production - Drive order timeline from component planning , factory capacity through container logistic and warehouse fulfillment . Managed Freight forwarders, freight rates and warehouse functions. US Customs classification, Database query and report writing.

Capacity allocation and planning. Interfaced with HK office on materials, timing and shipment scheduling. Product release control for sales forecasting.

Managed import, warehouse operations and product distribution/tracking and manufacturing for growing toy manufacturer. Established freight forwarding and import contacts. Managed production of 100+ flex time employees and 4 full time shippers at main and two remote warehouse facilities. Managed and documented product distribution to mass-market distribution centers

Product line consisting of industrial computer driven machines w/ proprietary software, AutoCAD interface and S-100 controllers.

Computer driven machine tools for industrial engraving applications. Responsible for direct sales and Product Development in the US and Canada. Responsibilities included trade shows, direct accounts, renewing and expanding distribution via machinery dealers. Secondary tasks included service and software support, sales forecasting, product import scheduling and domestic supplier relations.

Managed manufacturing production of electronic and mechanical assembly aspects of computer driven engraving machines products. Developed customer service and technical support group, liaison between engineering and manufacturing to facilitate software updates and product upgrades.
