Jaime is a product designer from Bogotá (Colombia), with over 6 years of experience in the areas of product, strategy and visual communication. Based in Japan since 2014, he currently conducts a research on the value of design for societies in need, based on implementations of future scenarios and new technologies.
Jaime's international education and working background give him a strong understanding of a global approach to design both from an academic point of view to much more practical approaches. Having worked and studied in both Colombia and Italy and his work experience in China gives a special position to pass on diverse knowledge and experience.
Facing design from an strategic point of view, Jaime continues getting involved with diverse interdisciplinary teams, looking beyond design configurations and analyzing the whole product system.
