About
If you ask me make a list of things that make me happy in life. I would say being a designer is one of them! My passion for design started when took my first graphic design class in college. Since then I have enjoyed the challenge of every design project.
As a designer, I am very motivated to create new things, learn new things and dedicate the time great design requires. My work communicates my passion for effective design, excellent typography and problem solving through design.
Currently, I am part of the Gartner design team dedicated to internal communications. My role involves creating, improving and redesigning the user experience and interface for internal pages. In the past, I worked with Gartner Product delivery team where I had the opportunity to be part of the Events site redesign.
My professional talents include visual design for responsive sites. Excellent page layout and typographic skills. Creating concepts and design direction. Redesigning and improving UX/UI. Developing visual design style guides. Ability to incorporate new technologies to the design process. My tools of choice for prototyping are Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision App. My knowledge about front-end development include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and UI kits.
On my free time I enjoy sketching, running, rock climbing and salsa dancing! -

The degree program incorporates foundation courses in art, design, and programming with a strong liberal arts background. The program provides the academic framework to facilitate entry-level employment in the field. Courses included in the program Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign, Graphic Design, Web development, drawing, digital photography and typography.

B.B.A MarketingWestern Connecticut State University2008 - 2010Graduated Summa Cum Laude, GPA 3.95 Member, National Marketing Honorary Society (Alpha Mu Alpha) - in recognition of outstanding scholastic achievement in the marketing discipline The Interactive Marketing program at Western Connecticut State University included semester-long projects with non-for-profit organizations such as the United Way of Western Connecticut, Interlude and the Brookfield Craft Center. These projects involved the development of integrated marketing communication plans that focused on website design and social networking. These projects as well as other marketing research projects also required the extensive use of online research tools, Google Analytics and SPSS statistics software.
