Marketing Manager for Arizona
RPE (Rechargeable Power Energy)
Jan 2016 - Present (8 years 8 months)
In 2012 I bought out the warehouse inventory on an electric bicycle KIT distributor in Scottsdale. They sold out of KITs to get into e-bike battery pack technology improvements and assembly into packs. Their ideas are so advanced the battery company hired them to run the Nevada operation and implement their improvements in America, and then the world!! Being as I was engaged in converting electric bicycles, more like a hobby, but with all this inventory, and buying batteries, they offered me the Arizona Marketing Manager's position. One of the products they are developing is a home battery pack....for integration with a solar array....so the battery pack can power the home overnight. This all integrates fabulously with my AICF construction system, our Living Earth Solar Panel marketing, and my e-trike alternative transportation endeavors!! So I am very excited about this new combined opportunity!!

In 2016 we are engaged in four major efforts:
1. Our second summer intern program, expanded to invite students form U0fA and NAU,
2. Our second touring Art Exhibit (for environmental appreciation and consideration) at multiple locations.
3. Funding construction of a Tiny Home, for an affordable housing and community education program

Cheif Executive and Product Development Engineer
2000 - 2016 (16 years)
The Motto of the company is: "Innovating Efficiency in Living, Working Spaces and Transport Systems".
We are achieving the vision behind that motto through the past manufacture of an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) wall & foundation system which was featured in the building of client home additions and a new home. Then advanced into the current AICF = Asymmetrical ICF system configuration. Inspired by a US National Lab project which scientifically quantified the energy performance of construction systems (including wood stud & ICF). Their research went beyond the existing systems identifying an asymmetrical configuration that achieved 246% better results. We developed a viable AICF foundation & wall panel system from that research.
We are also engaged in design and development of an alternative transport vehicle in the form of an enclosed semi-recumbent electric pedal optional tricycle....which can be a viable alternative for commuting to work or running local errands.... leaving the family vehicle for multiple occupant transport, family outings and trips. The Living Earth Ecological Institute is engaged with us on the enclosed electric tricycle development. We have two prototypes in development with prototypes in fabrication.
