The fashion industry is a constantly changing entity, cycling through seasons and trends, the never stagnant flow continues to drive my creativity to create new and intriguing illustrations. Using traditional mediums, I merge my illustrations with various transfer techniques to add a vintage twist to a modern concept. Trained to be an illustrator at the College for Creative Studies, I recently became fascinated with the field of visual merchandising and was an intern at Anthropologie, working beside their display coordinator from September to December, 2012. The skills and techniques I learned while creating window and interior installations motivated me to create a series that incorporated both fashion illustration and visual display.
