Managing the design process from conception through to final styling for the entire product line, Men's, Ladies and Accessories, ensuring on-time delivery of all salesman samples (approx 400 SKU's) each selling season.
Responsible for the hiring, mentoring and direction of an eight person design and graphics team. Giving all trend, color, fabrication, trim and graphic direction for each season, ensuring that product is consistent with market trends and business strategy.
Daily communication with factories and in house production department for all design/fabric/ trim/fit approvals.
Making frequent international trips to oversee design and prototype development, and also for trend and market research. Making seasonal presentations of the line to Sales and Marketing departments.
