La Cucina Italiana needed a strong product label that would embody their century-old family run olive oil business, the craftsmanship of oil harvesting and pressing, and the idea of having built their own heritage for the company over the course of 100 years. I developed product labels reflective of La Cucina Italiana’s origins and culture.
The labels elegantly express Sicilian heritage with gold foil stamped design elements that catch the eyes and impart a feeling of preciousness while conveying the lusciousness of the olive oil. A small image of the Italian flag on the labels’ front panels further attests to the olive oils’ origins.
The resulting labels align with brand values and look great on shelves and are well received and now recognized by customers as attested by increased sales and shelf space.
