I am a seasoned designer with 24 years of experience in many areas of the creative process. As a team of one for the past 7 years, I have witnessed the interactions between creative and marketing that lead to successful and unsuccessful campaigns. As a result, I’ve realized the need to create new campaigns that interweave print, social media, and a web presence, to increase response and conversion rates.
Design Philosophy
Successful campaigns are developed with the end goal in mind. Using that goal as a foundation, a campaign is created with specific milestones to track progress, adapting when necessary. Brands (identities) are built by consistent use of logo and images in a creative way over time. Consistency in message, look, and feel (emotion) needs to be noticeable across all the areas of marketing. This is most difficult in the social media arena. I have learned that with a plan, social media is manageable, but never controllable.
