Conservation Design
240 acre private property parcel, half of which is designed as a private golf course & club house (see Golf Course project). The rear half of the property has been set aside and enriched as a wildlife and wildflower conservation district. A gravel road crosses the wetlands over two timber span bridges, and weaves through 130 acres of prairie grasses and forbs, and over 12,000 oak, maple, hickory, and poplar trees that we planted for the land owner.
