Aid in the planning and execution of events for RIT's 18,000 student body population. Coordinate and supervise seven unique divisions of events. Plan large festivals and large scale events including concerts and performances. Develop a strategic marketing plan to promote events to students, faculty, and the general public. Work in cross functional teams to create, market, and execute events. Work with talent agents and various entertainment contractors to provide a variety of fun and engaging entertainment for students.

Designed and implemented developmental and creative programs for students in Residence Halls, created informational and visually appealing bulletin boards, assessed and mediated in many difficult situations between residents, and generated professional reports for a supervisor on a weekly basis.

Responsible for various design projects relating to the improvement of Wegmans Supermarket's corporate facilities at their corporate headquarters in Rochester,NY. Created 2D conceptual design layouts and As-Builts of current buildings utilizing AutoCAD. Reviewed HVAC, electrical, structural, plumbing, and special systems drawings for design reviews. Worked extensively with warehouse racking design and distribution center layouts. Communicated and collaborated with architectural, engineering, structural, and special systems contractors. Utilized building management software and analyzed performance data of HVAC and electrical systems specializing in Solar. Contributed to interdisciplinary cross functional teams to manage projects with conflicting deadlines.

Created and planned a variety of entertaining events for students and staff, managed a tight budget, implemented creative methods for marketing events, and communicated effectively with talent agents, university administration, and student leaders on a daily basis.

Served as an ambassador to the worlds largest amusement park and attractions trade show in Orlando Florida. Provided customer service and assistance to the 40,000 attendees and exhibitors of the show. Hosted and assisted in the running of numerous educational sessions, private events, and floor tours.

Assisted in modifications and release of new 3D Stereo measurement software for remote visual inspection systems utilized in aircraft and vehicles. Conducted weekly statistical analysis on production yields. Performed tests to examine failures, improve process implementation, and improve yield data. Provided production support for operators and troubleshot production issues. Led weekly meetings with cross functional teams to communicate the current status of projects.
