Research project in which the aim was to develop a paper lid for paper cups. Main focus was to conduct a series of material tests to gain insight in material properties and then apply suitable manufacturing techniques. Iterative prototyping and user testing resulted in a concept favored over plastic lids and it created a good foundation for further development to take our concept to market

CTK is a technology consultancy located in Gothenburg. As a design engineer I worked on projects concerning design and development of indoor sport equipment. I also led a project concerning material selection of a component in an industrial manufacturing application. During my time as head of the marketing group I initiated and oversaw a major overhaul of CTK’s homepage.

Beyond Design is a strategic design consultancy that deliver innovative design solutions on the global market. I mainly worked in projects regarding consumer electronics and home appliances. A key project was extensive market research and concept development of refrigerators for a large global electronics manufacturer. I started out as an intern for 6 months but the CEO soon requested that I would stay longer. At the end of my internship, I was given responsibility to lead a client project regarding development of clothing racks and storage units. At Beyond Design, I gained valuable international work experience and learned how to manage project deliverables to clients under tight deadlines.

During my time in the Swedish Military Service I gained valuable leadership and teamwork lessons as well good knowledge how people react and behave under pressure and stress. I also underwent theoretical and practical training in emergency healthcare.
