Sr. Graphic Designer
Experian
Jul 2005 - Jun 2010 (4 years 11 months)
At Experian Consumer Direct (Consumer Info), as the Sr. Graphic Designer, I was responsible for the design of FreeCreditReport.com (circa 05-08) and a number of other websites. I'm proud to say that I helped define a brand for freecreditreport.com in a relatively short period of time. Today, it is one of the most consumer-recognized brand names in America. I've developed hundreds of banner ads, icons, and landing pages for partners such as AOL, American Express, Discover Card, Hotmail, MSNBC, CNN and more. While the bulk of my work here is web-related, I've produced off-line ads, brochures, and logos as well. In addition to my design duties, I took on administration of the Digital Asset Management application, Canto Cumulus. This includes ingesting and metatagging over 50 gigabytes of digital files. I was also responsible for training and assisting coworkers to utilize the application.
In July of 2008, I made a lateral move to the Digital Advertising Services department. My primary responsibilities are to maintain the Experian brand integrity and support the design needs of the rest of my team. Some of the projects include producing Flash presentations, storyboarding and voice-over for Flash animations, as well as designing offline collateral, and various inter/intraoffice graphics, graphics for PowerPoint slides, and fulfilling design requests on an as needed basis.
