While in Crystal, I'v learnt how to make complex model in Rhino and 3Ds Max. Also, I learnt how to put designed object into a visual environment.

By the help of Crystal's CG designers, I gain the knowledge to make basic animation in 3Ds Max.

By working with talented senior industrial designers, I adapted to a very fast-paced, group-working environment and I can work happily and effectively with senior designers.
2. Group working with award winning designers
I'v finished a lot of real projects including the one that won the Red Star Award. Besides, many works I'v done were selected by the customer and some of them are already in mass production.
3. Industrial design sketching practice
Every new project was started with brainstorm sketching, I practiced a lot by doing fast sketches.
4. Market analysis and survey
When working in group, I also have been doing analysis job and customer survey.

In CNPC(6 out of fortune 500), I was trained in their subsidiaries HQCEC.
1. Advanced CAD work flow training
I was in CNPC as a Mechanical Engineer, I learnt to use AutoCAD and Pro/E for real projects. I designed the outer shell and the supporting system of a oil refining system. Also I'v made some valve design for chemical processing systems.
