Worked alongside Etihad Airways European partner airlines, including Air Serbia and Alitalia, promoting an infrastructure designed to streamline workflows. Built cross-functional teams; managing graphic design resources, optimizing costs and strengthening ownership over brand initiatives. Created the best representations for the Etihad Airways Brand program worldwide. Highlights include:

▴ Redesigned etihad.com to meet new, mandatory international W3C standards on a compressed two-month schedule, ensuring no disruption of customer web access and avoiding regulatory fines
