About
I love design, but is that at all surprising? I'm a graphic designer. I love photography. I love color. I love to create. But I also love to see people live up to their fullest potential – to challenge themselves and do everything possible to make their dreams come true. It’s one of the aspects of working for HCC Coleman College for Health Sciences that I'm most proud of: In my small way, I helped students find a career in healthcare and improve their lives and the lives of their families. It's what drives me to tell stories. I want to connect with an audience, make people think, make them say "wow!" I have a passion for design. I live for the thrill I get when a great idea hits me. It's why I love being creative. But I believe that creativity can do so much more.

Master Of Fine Arts Digital MediaFull Sail University2012 - 2013Rebranded local department store Palais Royal as part of year-long Master of Fine Arts program. Researched history of Palais Royal, the department store industry and brand's target audience. Organized research and developed moodboards to showcase potential identities. Developed new Palais Royal logo, website mockup and various other collateral examples. Presented design concepts and the reasons behind them to faculty throughout the design process.

Communications CoordinatorApr 2007 - Present (17 years 8 months)Collaborated with Public Relations Director to develop campaign messages and the best ways to communicate these messages. Worked with graphic designer and senior website developer to develop visual direction of campaigns. Worked closely with printer to ensure projects were completed and delivered on time and at the highest quality possible. Projects include overseeing development of HCC Coleman brand, the production of biannual magazine and running campus events, including HCC Coleman Pinning Ceremony. Experienced copywriter, videographer, photographer and designer.
