Daniel Cheung

Hello!

My name is Daniel, and I am currently a 3rd year Industrial Design student at California State University of Long Beach.

I will be using this site to display completed projects, projects in progress, and sketches/illustrations.

I am excited to share my work and hope to gain experience in the Product and Industrial Design field.

BACKGROUND

I was born and raised in the Sunset District of San Francisco and attended the local public schools. I am currently based out of Long Beach, CA. Before discovering design, I had a passion for art and illustration. I have been an avid comic book fan and toy enthusiast all of my life. As a result, I took AP Studio Art and ceramics classes in high school.

When first learning about Industrial Design, I didn't realize how expansive it was and how many opportunities it presented. It's a field where art can interact with technology, its environment, and most importantly, people. I developed a genuine interest in Industrial Design and decided to pursue a degree in it.
