Played a key role in the direction and design for the USA Men’s and Women’s Gymnastics team. Designed Gymnastics uniforms for the 2012 London Games for Team USA, France, Australia and Greece. Establish design direction for US Team Sports focusing on Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Football, Track and Field and sideline for our NCAA and high school partners. Direct factory development is part of designing for these categories. Driving designs from concept through final product. I have also been the senior for Men's and Youth Training responsible for designing Men's Clima365 range, Dynamic ID range, adidas Equipment apparel line as well as adidas Nascar range which included Men’s and Women’s fan gear.
During my tenure, I have supervised a number of designers. This ranged anywhere from three to five designers in various categories. My job is to encourage the design team to reach their full potential in designing their portion of the line. To ensure that appropriate technical levels are maintained throughout the entire range of product. Ensure visual integrity of each section of the Training and Team and License ranges.

Key designer for Multifunction portion of Men's Training, which was the most technical portion of the range. Responsible for setting the design direction, fabric selection, and design detailing. Ensure designs were appropriate for the market and still maintain a high level of technicality.
Played a key role in designing 2004 Olympic product. I was responsible for designing all of Men's and Women's training product and collaborated in designing the podium suits for the games in Athens. adidas sponsored the US Team and this included Olympic, Paralympic and Media apparel. This was a project I asked to contribute to in addition to my normal design responsibilities. Designing for the needs of our Olympic athletes is the reason I am a designer.

Establish creative direction and design for all collateral material such as letterhead, logos, posters, and selling materials including the seasonal catalog. Created the look of the catalog as well as establishing the product presentation and flow. Oversee the entire project from inception, through photo shoots, to pre-press, to press check.
