-Facilitates the design meetings before and during construction
-Manages FF&E, materials and finishes vendors
-Projects include : Sprout Solutions, KMC Solutions Cebu Skypark, KMC Solutions Gamma 27-29F, KMC Solutions Frabelle, 2BR One Mckinley Place Condominium, Studio Unit Amaia Steps Condominium, KMC Solutions NetQuad, Holy Grill Restaurant, Atlassian B1, On Semiconductor, IBEX, KMC Solutions WCP, 2 Storey House in White Plains Subdivision, Mock-up of a Duplex Villa Suite in El Nido.

-Provides test-fit plans and concept design schematics
-Communicates project goals with Clients and project team
-Reviews the construction drawings contain quality information which includes compliance to Philippine Building Code, Fire Code and PEZA if required
-Suggests strategies to resolve design problems and site condition issues
-Visits the project or construction site in correspondence to Client's or Contractor's concerns or questions
-Coordinates with vendors and key persons from each project team to ensure schedule of delivery following the construction timel​ine
-Projects include : Zendesk , KMC Solutions Zeta, KMC Solutions Gamma 15-16F, KMC Solutions Ore, World Remit, KMC Solutions Skyrise, Mars, Swedish Match, Collection House

-Provides test-fit layout of corporate interiors during pre-construction
-Coordinates with Client regarding office requirements separating the needs from wants
-Communicates project goals with Clients and project team
-Prepares cost estimates and proposals from different vendors, consolidates and presents to the client for review, and if needed, provides the Client with suggestions and/or recommendations
-Reviews the construction drawings contain quality information which includes compliance to Philippine Building Code, Fire Code and PEZA if required
-Suggests strategies to resolve design problems
-Visits the project or construction site in correspondence to Client's or Contractor's concerns or questions
-Coordinates with vendors and key persons from each project team to ensure schedule of delivery following the construction timeline
-Archives schematics and construction drawings for current and future access
-Writes weekly report to document the project status
-Assists the Senior PM with pre-construction and bidding documents
-Projects include : Atlassian B3X, Tim Hortons HQ, Flashbay, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Trustwave, KMC Solutions HQ, KMC Solutions Aura, Intercontinental Hotels Group

-Coordinates with Client regarding design and concept envisioned for the space and secures that requirements are met
-Specifies materials and finishes in compliance to Philippine Fire Code
-Coordinates with suppliers for submission of samples, testing certificates and other technical literature
-Suggests resolution to design problems involving materials and finishes
-Presents the materials and finishes to the Client
-Leads the team in production of material boards, taggings and documentation of specified materials and finishes
-Leads the distribution of work and provide technical assistance to each member and ensures their quality of work
-Reviews if the production drawings from vendors and manufacturers are of good quality to be reproduced for the construction team
-Leads the archiving of schematics, specifications document and technical literature for current and future access
-Visits factory and mock up sites to check the status of production and quality
-Projects Include: Okada Hotel and Casino, Mandani Bay Cebu

-Studies the Client’s goals and requirements for the project and reflects them to the design
-Visits the project site for survey and inspection of the space during pre-construction
-Develops space plan and furniture layout in consideration of Philippine building standards and codes
-Specifies and presents materials, furniture and finishes
-Produces floor plans, elevations, sections and other related construction drawings in greater detail
-Coordinates with vendors and issues purchase orders
-Visits the site to check quality of delivered FF&Es, installations and ensures that documents have been followed correctly
-Projects include : SMDC Green Residences common areas, Avida Intima Sales Pavilion, Avida Prime Taft Sales Pavilion
