Recruited to prepare the design, layout and production of books, advertisements, and overseas study sections for a Publisher of 37 College/University seasonal campus directories. Hired, trained and managed a team of three additional designers and four traffic coordinators. * Developed traffic procedures for ad production and proofing as well as a filing system for contracts and hard copies of approved advertisements. * Created a cohesive, efficient and diversified workforce by developing and implementing cross training system to rotate responsibilities among designers and traffic coordinators. * Improved employee morale, increased worker productivity and reduced stress by instituting an incentive program developed with the employees.

Provided design, production and delivery of sales and marketing collateral, including art direction for all plant photo shoots, copy writing, and trade show preparation. Reduced printing costs, maximized advertising cost effectiveness and increased industry visibility and awareness through vendor negotiations and targeted media placement.
