Oversees correspondence between project analysts and field supervisors to conduct product research. Coordinates field product procurement tasks, as well as handles in house shopping and analyses of current products in market. Handles a wide variety of logistical operations both in house and with partner field locations.

High level of customer service and interaction. Instructs several youth climbing classes, as well as adult belay, and technique instruction. Teaches and monitors climber safety and awareness. Contributes graphic and layout design work, for gym events and activities. Has an in depth knowledge, of equipment used to advise customers in purchasing appropriate climbing gear that tailors to individual needs. Aids in gym maintenance, as well as clerical duties. Learning the beginning stages of climbing route setting.
