I am an industrial designer... A creative thinker with the knowledge and experience in many diverse areas including graphic design, packaging design, product design, and 3D modeling. I love sketching and doodling new design ideas whether it's on a notepad or even a napkin. Sometimes the greatest ideas start on napkins! I enjoy bringing concepts to reality. My extensive 3D modeling background has allowed me to create close to photo-realistic renderings. Aside from the various 3D modeling/rendering computer skills, I also work in the complete Adobe Creative Suite on both Mac and PC platforms. In using Adobe illustrator I create, edit, and finalize die lines and graphics for customer's projects. I develop custom instruction sheets for the assembly of various projects, design custom shipping cartons and packing materials, as well as generate both domestic and overseas detailed drawings for production runs. When I'm away from the computer, I enjoy getting my hands dirty. It's great to build fully functional full size or to scale models. Having the hands on experience with the physical product helps me understand why and how things work or feel. It also aids in the selection of materials used for the particular project. I have worn many hats and have taken on many responsibilities as a Lead Concept Developer/Designer. My skills give me the unique ability to work in both virtual and physical reality. I am a creative team leader that is passionate about what I do.
