Job summary and responsibilities:
 Responsible for user manual booklets with various types of languages, references and how-to guides.
 To ensure that the instructions (written/ illustrated) are fully understood and applicable with the device’s functioned.
 To manage, schedule and to monitor all works undertaken by supplier’s in order to ensure that the deadline and completion of all works are met.
 To certify that the progress and resources are analyzed and distributed properly based on the countries languages, regulatory and compliance statements.
 To directly with engineers, developers and quality control to assusre the creadibility of the content.
 Contribute to team knowlegde and resources such as glossaries and processes.
 To validate all informations; online help, devices function, system information, product specification, regulatory and compliance statements are included in the user manuals book.
 To make sure that all “Frequently Asked Questions” helps to provide technical support to the end users
 Collaborates with the authors, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and quality control in all technical documentation and assuring that it is uniform to the devices function and specification.
 To supervise and guide the editors to proofread for grammar and spelling on specific project requirements.
 To ensure that the technical documentation is accurate, complete and meets the intented content.
