As a freelancer, I have worked on various projects ranging from Initial assessments, redevelopments, designing (CAD), technical aspects, certification, supervision, management, and building project contracts through to completion.

During my time here, I have gained experience with:
• Interacting with clients for initial sketch drawings
• Producing preliminary drawings including site plans, floor plans, and elevations
• Working with architects and producing 3D plans for clients
• Documenting architectural plans for CDC and council submissions
• Creating electrical, landscape, and waste management plans

AMAC is a small individually owned migration agency located in Ryde. My responsibilities include the following:
* Filing and ordering client documentation.
* Coordinating appointments between clients and lawyers.
* Managing office inventory stock take and re-ordering.
* Attending to phone calls and customer inquiries.
* Assisting clients with ensuring all requirements to lodging the applications have been met.
* Supporting the office accounts and billing department using Xero. Key Achievements.

Fusion Foods & Catering Pty. Ltd. is a parent company that operated 3 Indian restaurants under it - Indian Fusion - located in Pennant Hills, Turramurra, and Lane Cove. My responsibilities include the following:
* Ensuring the smooth operation of all 3 restaurants, encompassing both front- and back-office functions.
* Overseeing 20+ staff, and managing their roster and payroll across the 3 restaurants.
* Liaising with a diverse range of customers from different cultural backgrounds to cater to their requirements, in particular those looking to organize events and functions.
* Coordinating and carrying out stock take duties for groceries, liquor, vegetables, linen, meat, cleaning products and stationary, etc. for all 3 restaurants.
* Handling the POS system, issuing customer bills, and cash handling.
* Designing and implementing various promotions to improve restaurant sales and improve customer service.
* Managing the restaurant's presence across all social media platforms to keep customers updated with daily promotions, promote menu items, and seek customer feedback.
* Rebranding and redesigning the in-house and takeaway menus and mail-out flyers.
* Updating the interior design of the restaurants to keep up with the latest trends and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Leveraging my architecture knowledge to draw out floor plans of the restaurants in order to achieve the most optimum setup, and align it to meet the requirements for obtaining a liquor license.
