Collaborated with publisher's on-site representative to refine and improve photography and design for covers of magazines with high national circulation * Used Adobe Photoshop (R) to manipulate photography to meet the needs of the publisher, with accuracy, reducing the number of revisions needed * All work was accurate and did not result in the reprinting of materials. (reprint would be estimated at $80,000+) * Worked on special projects ant the publisher's request * Collaborated with the president of the publishing company, designers at the company and the on-site liaison.

Trained new mentors on proper onboarding and note taking in regard to new students * Built slide show presentations based on university requirements for onboarding new students designed so that new mentors could learn and then teach other new mentors the same content. * When new versions of certifications were released, training for the new software and learning modules would be implemented in the Graduate Student Mentor Team Group which I managed. * Audited a group of 80-100 student's weekly to establish forward progression in their courses, to establish realistic academic goals for the following week * Worked with various departments and faculty to develop training materials designed to reinforce university protocols and improve student mentor performance and efficiency.

Instructed classes of 20+ Communications students and demonstrated each teaching point to facilitate learning * Developed new graphic design curriculum for communications students designed to target the skills they were most likely to need while covering desired outcomes set by the department chair. * Created lessons and assignments for design and communication students, based on the schools predesignated outcomes, that were challenging and emphasized using the skills necessary for completion. * Produced curriculum and projects designed to build basic skills, such as Visual Hierarchy, that could be implemented regardless of the medium. As such, as technology changed, the assignments could be updated accordingly.

Technical Institute - Harrisburg, PA * Created split teaching units for drafting and design students that were scaffolded based on student needs and academic ability as classes had dramatic differences in student's comprehension. * Instructed students in various courses on the use of industry-specific software and hardware * Researched the industry and arranged on site learning events for students * Created instructional handouts designed to be informative and visually interesting * Maintained student grades in school designated software * Facilitated difficult conversations with students not meeting academic milestones
