ROM Chair
Designed for a mobile cafe in the Royal
Ontario Museum. Due to the fact that the cafe would be situated in various open spaces, it needs to be defined by its furniture. It’s colour and graphic silhouette makes it so this chair has a presence.
Bright royal purple colour and modern
materials matches with both the traditional parts of the building and the innovative new Michael Lee-Chin Crystal. The combination
of flowing lines and tapered, straight legs
reflect the contrasting architectural features
of the ROM.
