Create branding for a total of eight scenic roadways, seven in Western Massachusetts and one on the state’s seacoast. For Western Massachusetts we conducted a good deal of research before we created eight logos, a comprehensive print and digital advertising campaign, a brochure, an interactive website [bywayswestmass.com] in consultation with website designer Alex Turnwall and, still to come, directional and interpretive road signs. We collaborated closely with the MassDOT, regional and tourism planners and a 35-member advisory committee.
Western Massachusetts Scenic Byways: Mohawk Trail, Connecticut River National Scenic Byway, Jacobs Ladder Trail Scenic Byway, Route 116, Route 122 and Route 112 Scenic Byways and Mount Greylock Scenic Byway.
