Lead project team that successfully planned, researched, organized and opened a complete new art gallery including the development of mission and mandate as well as the development of gallery infrastructure, construction, branding, marketing, and on-going operations. Curated and coordinated the premiere exhibition "Art in the Service of War, The Emergent Group of Seven" and organized the exhibition publication. Programmed subsequent temporary exhibitions. Negotiated all aspects of artwork loan agreements for temporary exhibitions including contract development, insurance, documentation, and logistics. Coordinated all aspects of production for various temporary exhibitions within Western Canada’s largest military museum including: exhibit creation, programming, scheduling, grants, publications staff and volunteer management, in alignment with museum mission and budget.
