Marketed and won project in Africa, created a proposal for the Southern Gateway for the City of Richmond which included 100 bed hotel, restaurant and winery/brewery, currently being incorporated into the South Shore EIR; Developed the master plan and designed several residential projects including town center, condominiums, townhouses and single family housing for the Dahling Lake Resort in Hainan Island, China.

Other projects include design and planning for the Beijing International Medicinal Center, a 4 square kilometer medical/research campus & community, also under construction.
