Collaborated directly with corporate leadership when designing annual report and other firm-wide projects. Introduced a higher standard for design as well as project photography and staff portraiture.

Designed and project managed exhibit and print graphics. Vendor coordination across multiple projects. Responsible for research and purchase of extensive system of digital photographic and lighting equipment. Provided architectural interior and exterior photography, executive and staff portraiture, editorial/event photography, along with skilled photographic retouching services.

of Harris County - Houston, TX 1991 to 1993 - (impending workforce reduction) Created new organizational brand identity standards and standards manual, informational brochures, presentations, promotional materials and exhibits, provided photography and video production services. Challenged creatively to meet promotional goals with limited resources.

- (return to TX from CA) Art directed and created magazine advertising, product catalogs and tradeshow exhibits. I was Senior Graphics Designer for 3 of the 5 lighting and light controls manufacturing subsidiary companies under USI Lighting. I was also responsible for in-house product and advertising photography for all 5 subsidiaries. Initiated and researched the advertising department's transfer to computerized design capabilities in 1988 - I was solely responsible for selection and purchase of the initial desktop publishing computer systems and software for the department.
