-Certified Javelin Operator, who provides recommendations for structural Engineered Wood Product members according to Manufacturers Specifications.
-Consult with Engineers, Architects and contractors to prepare floor framing layouts.
-Material cut lists and project quotes from sketches to final construction documents.
-Delivers designs in a timely manner for a variety of building typologies including residential and commercial projects.
-Attends AIA and BIA conventions on behalf of HWT to inform customers of products and services offered and to build relationships with construction professionals.

-Work with project manager to set realistic project goals for Installations Island wide.
-Produce solar systems from working drawings to specification.
-Oversight of installation team and systems produced by technicians.
-Communicate with client and management to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.

-Work with project team from preliminary design through construction docs.
-Prepare working drawings, specifications and material takeoffs within timeline and budget.
-Run permits and make revisions to working drawings for city and county approval.
-Communicate with client and contractors to facilitate a clean project delivery.

-Facilitates Lacrosse presentations at Local grade, middle, and high schools.
-Head Coach a team of 25 individuals
-Active participant in developing the mission and growth of Aloha Youth Lacrosse Association and Positive Coaching.

-Work with Contractor and construction team towards project completion.
-Cutting, sorting and framing of lumber.
-Sheathing, weather proofing, and framing off all walls and openings.
-Installations of windows and doors.
-Insulation, flooring, roofing and finish carpentry.
