I'm a design director with 11 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and brand management.
Most recently, I have spent the last 4 years immersed in the world of reproductive rights and health care at Planned Parenthood. In my current role as Associate Design Director for Philanthropic Communications, my focus is to ensure that brand consistency and key strategic design goals are met across a range of campaigns and products in our Development division. As such, I am very comfortable working on a cross-divisional team and collaborating on a variety of projects ranging from donor proposals, stewardship pieces, event branding, and digital collateral. I am also adept at anticipating each project’s needs while planning and directing design execution. I also work closely with senior leadership to ensure that our materials are meeting target fundraising goals, mission, and organization strategy.
During my career as a designer, I have developed and managed a variety of creative brand solutions for small businesses, corporations, non-profits, and the public sector. I hold a Bachelor's in Graphic Design from SUNY New Paltz and a Masters of Art in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art & Design. In addition to my work and education in the design sector, I also volunteer for SUNY New Paltz's Career and Mentorship Network where I provide resume critiques, career conversations, and mock interviews for current students and alumni.
