Class project using Photoshop and Illustrator. The intent was to combine text and images to create a cohesive image- in this case, I created an image based on one of Douglas Adams' quotes.
Tracking Genealogy - As a project in my Digital Photography class we were supposed to scan family photos, make corrects if necessary, and then set them up in a visually interesting way.
With this design, I got my inspiration from my mom's hobby of tracking down our family history. She was almost always on the computer, either to scan in photos or to make connections between different family members. It seemed apt to have her at the computer in this picture, too.

A quick print ad I created for a Digital Media and Communications class. We were supposed to make an advertisement that would encourage the viewer to take action on a certain issue. In this case I had chosen animal adoption to be my topic not only because it is something I felt strongly about, but also because I had wanted to create an adoption advertisement that did not try to guilt its audience into taking action.
