“Express Yourself” packaging - a packaging system for Philips Male Grooming, designed to compliment a new, friendlier, more-expressive brand strategy. The large photos and simple communication helps guys navigate through this large, often-confusing category,
to easily find the product that is right for them.
Male grooming blog - Part of the "express yourself every day" campaign, the male grooming blog on Philips.com is constantly updated with stories about male grooming, our products, and self-expression. The content is syndicated to our male grooming Facebook pages in every country around the world.
Male grooming category page - The male grooming category page on Philips.com is an easy starting point to find the product that is right for you. The photos are real guys we found in street photography sessions worldwide.
Style app - The style page on Philips.com lets you try out different facial hair styles, with surprisingly realistic results. It will also be available as an iPhone app.
Bodygroom category page - The Philips male grooming portfolio is so diverse, it is split into the easier-to-understand sub-categories of hair, face, and body. The "body" page on Philips.com gives you a simple introduction to the range of body grooming products.
Philips/AXE packaging - this range of Philips/AXE grooming products was designed exclusively for Walmart. Working with Elmwood, AXE’s creative agency, we created a branded design system that worked for this range, as well as a complimentary range of Schick/AXE razors and AXE grooming products.
GoStyler packaging - a very small blister pack designed to fit on the shelf next to traditional blade products, a first for Philips. It was a challenge to clearly explain the benefits of a 5-piece electric grooming set while still maintaining an elegant design.
PowerTouch packaging - Packaging for the PowerTouch range of shavers. There are about 15 nearly-identical shavers in this range, so packaging played a key role in explaining the differences between each product, aided by a good/better/best color coding system.
SensoTouch 3D packaging - Pack for the SensoTouch 3D shaver, with a unique GyroFlex head design.
SensoTouch 2D packaging - Pack for the SensoTouch 2D shaver, designed as a step-down from the 3D version.
Stubble trimmer packaging - Closed-box pack design for Philips first stubble trimmer. The design makes use of subtle cues to guide your eye through the message hierarchy.
Bodygroom packaging - "Trapezoid" box design for the Bodygroom Pro. See the packaging structure set for an in-depth look at this box.
Philips male grooming shelf - A sample shelf with a selection of Philips male grooming products. The packs are designed to work together as a whole, while still supporting the diverse communication needs of each individual product.
SensoTouch 3D gift box - A gift box for the SensoTouch 3D that can also be used as an in-store display. The outside of the box is covered in book-binding fabric with a silver embossed logo. Inside, the product is cradled in a microfiber fabric that can be removed and used as a cleaning cloth.
Bodygroom+ packaging - Packaging for a body grooming kit. The box folds in such a way that the plastic display front clicks into place and holds the entire construct together with no glue.
