Social Intern
Ludvik + Partners
Oct 2010 - Oct 2011 (1 year)
In my year at Ludvik + Partners, a small digital boutique similar to Mr. Youth, I learned a lot about social media and other forms of crowd-sourcing. I ran multiple client accounts for various social media sites. My other intern partner and I made webpages, social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, ect.), L.B.S pages (Foursqure, ect.) QR code/mobile pages, infographics, and I even created our own social network geared towards gamers of generation Y. I helped set up events like crowdsourcing week 2011 as well. This internship really helped me understand where advertising is today and where it will be headed in the future.

Intern
VeriFone
Jul 2010 - Sep 2010 (2 months)
Your average office internship, it took place at a sales office in midtown manhattan, and sold advertising space on/in cabs in new york city. I helped people with presentations using powerpoint/photoshop and did a lot of work organizing contacts on salesforce.com as well as on excel. I was able to sit in on various meetings and was even walked around the company. I was able to see everything from how the ads were applied to the cabs to the pricing formula used to calculate sales figures. All in all a good experience.
