While most graduates only offer their enthusiasm, I can offer my passion and years of experience. While at my university, I worked through the ranks of our school newspaper to the position of Editor-in-Chief. My writings and designs as an editor were recognized at the state level, earning multiple Illinois College Press Association awards.
