I freelanced for New Neighborhoods, Inc for thirteen years. Over the years, I created their Annual Reports, Mailing Campaigns, Direct Mail, UX Design, Programs, Logos, Signs, Posters, and other misc. projects. NNI is responsible affordable housing located in Stamford, Norwalk, Danbury, and Bridgeport, CT. It provides housing for veterans, seniors and families. It also provides programs and events for education, community and health. The buildings are built entirely on donations and help rebuild dilapidated buildings and improve lower income neighborhoods.
The goal for this project was to have a series of 3 postcards and corresponding eblasts to promote contributions to NNI—a non-profit affordable housing charity. Each postcard listed the reason why NNI is Thankful this year.
This is a Save the Date postcard for my non-profit client, New Neighborhoods, Inc's (NNI) Champions of Housing luncheon event. I created the graphic—a simplified urban neighborhood that features the types of buildings that NNI offers to their renters and buyers at affordable rates located in Stamford and Norwalk, CT.
I created this Constant Contact jpg image using Adobe InDesign to promote the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Marshall Commons buildings.
