As a project manager, my role includes leading a team though the life cycle of a project from its initial stage of quoting to it’s final stage of completion. With a background of 21+ years in Industrial Design, I assist our clients with any packaging, design or manufacturing related problem solving.

My responsibilities include:
Project management and customer relations
Product requirements documentation and release for manufacturing
Project work management
Product labeling
Marketing and social media content planning & creation
Vendor communication and relations
Company branding & goals
Business development

My primary role as Industrial Design Manager at i3 (formerly InForm) is to balance the needs of the department, managing our talented design team, business development support and individual workload simultaneously. I direct and manage the daily activities of the design group members including professional development and mentoring needs.

I am also responsible for building a top-notch industrial design team that creates innovative design solutions for our clients that solve user’s needs, meet business goals and can be manufactured. The industrial design team works closely with our engineering group to ensure solutions take into account manufacturability and feasibility during development.

Responsibilities include leading client brainstorming sessions, design research, design direction, project management, hiring new talent, mentoring staff, setting goals and business development.
