WOODY
With the goal to develop a simple and minimalistic stool for the home environment WOODY was created, a knock down stool consisting of three legs and a seat.
The legs are hold together by magnets and the seat are placed on top which locks the construction. Minimalistic and simple, both in shape and construction, makes it easy for the user to assemble. The legs are made in pine wood and the seat is reinforced concrete.
The moldable quality of the concrete made it possible to create a perfect fit and desirable construction.
Wood and concrete are two very different materials but its qualities and expression works well together for this product which makes its design interesting and long lasting.
