Since entering practice in 1993, Mr. Manske has been responsible for the design of several notable projects in southeast Wisconsin, including the R&R Insurance Services headquarters and Catholic Memorial High School’s InPro Athletic Center in Waukesha, the Sendik’s/Towne Centre retail development and Georgetown Square apartments in Brookfield, the OPCMIA, Local 599 headquarters in Milwaukee, and the Residences of City Center in New Berlin.
As a designer and project architect, Chris has well-rounded experience in Commercial (office, retail, restaurant, manufacturing), Mixed-use, Residential (single- and multi-family) and Senior Living projects. Though not prolific in other areas, such as of Healthcare, Education, Religious, Government/Public, he does have experience with those project types as well, and is open to specific opportunities.
